加拿大導引養生功培訓中心 導引養生功 - 調形 12 套功法


I. Holistic disease prevention and treatment Daoyin Yangsheng Gong
1. Baduanjin(Beginner 1)

Baduanjin was started in the Song Dynasty (960 – 1279) and has been handed down for more than 800 years. It is one of the Daoyin Gong and has long been favored by medical doctors, health practitioners, martial artists and upper-class people and welcomed by the general public.

 

During COVID-19, it was practiced by millions of people across the world.

As of December 2022, Baduanjin was included in the traditional Chinese Medicine intervention and it is recommended for practice before, during, and after rehabilitation.


2. Health Qigong Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Shi’er Fa (中2)

There are 12 movements in this elegant Daoyin. 

Created by Professor Zhang Guangde in 2010. 

Through the combination of Daoyin and health preservation, it is a meridian Daoyin dynamic exercise for the purpose of improving health, enhancing wisdom, optimizing life process, and prolonging life. 

An inspiring Daoyin - elegant poetry blended with graceful movements, once published, it became very popular.


3. Yangsheng Foundation Gong

Yangsheng Foundation Gong (Health-preservation Foundation Exercise or Yangsheng Zhuji Gong in Chinese Pinyin) is a Zhuanggong-based practice routine created jointly, by Professors Zhang Guangde and Hu Xiaofei at the end of last century to help Daoyin and Taiji enthusiasts achieve a good foundation for practice so as to arrive at the desired effect of life extension. 

 

The two professors created this regimen by summing up more than 40 years of experience in Daoyin practice and research, and by drawing on the cultivation and practice methods of Neidan (internal Dan or internal alchemy) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), as well as, theories and methods of The Small Zhoutian Method, Cultivation by Meditation and Immortality and Mind-calming and Heart-regulating Gong. 

 

The practice routine consists two forms ― standing and sitting.

 

In 2022, Yangsheng Foundation Gong won the national excellence sports 

science popularization works from the Department of Science and Education 

of the General Administration of Sport of China​.


4. 功前熱身功 (初1)
以身體活動為基本手段,以從頭到腳全身有序活動為基本路線,預熱身體、預防損傷、提高功法練習效率為目的自我導引功法。

5. 49式經絡動功(高1)
是張廣德教授針對防治肺癌、腸癌、各種疑難雜癥和心肺、消化系統等疾病,幫助癌癥患者術後康復及提高生活質量,在繼承祖傳功法基礎上、集古代導引術,獨立創編而成的經絡導引動功。
 


二, 季節功法:
6. 春: 疏肝利膽功(中1)
張廣德教授以中醫理論為指導,結合現代醫學,為防治各種肝膽疾患,創編而成的經絡導引動功。臨床觀察發現, 對肝膽病患者的有效率為88.3%,對慢性肝炎的有效率為87.5%,對膽囊炎的有效率為93.3%。


7. 夏: 舒心平血功(中2)
以防治高血壓、冠心病、低血壓、心動過速和動脈硬化為目的的經絡導引動功。


8. 秋:益氣養肺功(中1)
通過改善呼吸功能,暢通肺經、大腸經,調補胃、脾、腎等,以達防治肺系疾病目的的經絡導引動功。


9. 冬:育真補元功 (初2)
達到防治男性性功能失調、女子月經不調、耳鳴耳聾、失眠健忘及消渴癥等病癥和延年益壽目的的經絡導引動功。


10. 長夏:和胃健脾功 (初2)
提高人體脾胃機能,防治胃脘痛、腸胃炎、便秘等消化系統疾病和糖尿病的經絡導引動功。

 


三,針對防病治病
11. 疏筋壯骨功 (中1)
防治頸肩腰腿痛、肌肉萎縮、骨質疏松等疾病的經絡導引動功。


12. 三消九治功(預防, 治療 糖尿病)(高1)
調理肺、胃、腎,調控血糖,防控糖尿病癥狀,提高生活質量之目的。

一, 整體防病治病
1. 八段錦 (初1)
現行八段錦繼承古代八段錦精髓,沿用古八段錦核心定勢和歌訣,以調形、調息、調心為手段,以「三調合一」為準則,以調理臟腑、強身健體,進而達到防治高血壓、頸肩綜合癥等現代疾病目的的自我導引功法。瞭解更多
